Job Summary
Allied Container Group is a leading container haulage operator and yard operator founded in Singapore in 1975. We are dedicated in using technology to improve the lives of small businesses and consumers in the logistics sector.
As part of the Operations team, we are looking for admin assistant to work in our depots.
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle daily activities
2. Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of daily movement report
3. Raise estimates of repair of containers for clients
4. Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & inquiries
5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level qualification and above
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm; Sat: 8.00am to 12.00nn
- Able to work well with others in a team and individually
- Working location: Penjuru or Pioneer (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Transport provided from Jurong East MRT
