Assisting in Front Desk Operation
• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the relevant parties
• Take down messages and convey messages to the relevant parties concerned
• Man reception area and attend to school visitors
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the school’s reception area
• Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for visitors
• Assist in collating the class registers and students’ attendance.
• Prepare the meeting rooms prior to meeting
• Receive and direct visitors to meeting room
• Arrange for refreshment if required
Other Administrative Duties
• Assist in issuing of class registers to the students or teachers
• Assist other school staff in collating non-confidential information and filing of non-confidential documents.
