JR33973 Assembly & Test Central Quality Engineer
As a Assembly & Test Central Quality Engineering engineer, your main responsibility will be working with Postfab Wafer Finish and ASM inline process to prevent abnormal deviated materials escapes in reaching customers.
• This is done through network procedural standardization, streamlining of control points to govern inline process against quality deviation, as well as chairing projects across network on related CIPs.
• This role comprises developing control mechanics and methodology to detect quality deviation through proper OCAP, FMEA and risk mitigation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):
• Partner with Process & Equipment Engineering to identify critical parameters for control on PWF processes.
• Chairing of network alignment and systems deployment.
• Continuous enhancement on PWF pFMEA content
• Work with large volume of data on Big Data platform, perform data analysis and mining to generate solutions to yield/quality problems.
• Identify new data-source in the network that will create new insights to business needs.
• Establishing business processes and systems as part of network CIPs and enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in problem solving methodologies such as 8D, or 5Why
• Ability to manage multiple complex and global projects
• Ability to work, interface and communicate with a wide variety of people and multiple functional groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong data analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel internationally
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
• Experience: 0-1 years (BE - Electronics, Electrical or similar field)
