Job Overview

Coordination of office and operations activities to ensure workflow efficiency and compliance to company processes. The role requires you to work closely and support all departments within the company. You will be the point of contact for all employees and answer all their queries related to inter-department communication.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage AP/AR, petty cash and related filing system.
• Responsible for generating accurate P.O., quotations and tax invoices.
• Managing all accounts and subscriptions of software used by Weebo Pte Ltd.
• Respond to customer’s/leads enquiries through emails or phone calls and direct them to the respective PIC
• Processing monthly payroll and CPF submission
• Maintaining office tidiness and purchasing and managing of office/pantry supplies.
• General administrative duties such as maintaining an electronic and paper filing system for all documents, photocopying, mailing

Qualifications
• Diploma, Degree or Equivalent
• Min 1 year of working experience in administrative role
• Google Suite/Microsoft Office Skills (Words, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience with CRM/helpdesk system will be beneficial
• Detail oriented, team player, good organizational skills, reliable and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
