Your Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities are
• to lead a team of Scrum masters and developers who work in agile squads and ensure that they are setup for success.
• work with our respective counterparts at clients to ensure that the squads can deliver at optimum velocity.
• Able to interact and inspire client stakeholders. Understand their ask and translate into actionable ideas.
• Able to elevate the impedances to the client stakeholders to create a clear runway for our clients
• Able to manage operations related to the platform. The Delivery Project Executive has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Effectively engage the Project managers and team leads to ensure project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits for the organisation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Detailed set of responsibilities
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating project managers and team leads to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Report on program success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Guide scrum masters to manage their squads to deliver optimum velocity.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals
• Contribute to the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested services.
• Demonstrate the full understanding of the contractual agreement.
• Develop understanding all aspects of program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
• Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team leads/Project Managers and stakeholders
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders
