Job Description

We are looking for individuals that love to interact with customers and working in a team. A Cafe Service Crew supports the daily operations of our cafe and store. Note that in this role you may be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays.

Role and Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service to any customers
Provide proper product and/or service suggestions to customers
Man the cashier and process sales
Assist in making drinks and/or heating up food
Serve customers - both takeaway and in-store
Manage stock and take inventory
Ensure outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times
Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures
Any other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor
Learn about the company and brand and be confident in answering any questions from the public

Experience and Requirements:

Experience in F&B and/or Retail operations are required
Well-groomed
Experience as a barista is a plus
This position is hands-on customer focused and as such we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
Computer literacy with knowledge of POS systems is a plus
