Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspection of truck
Conduct daily temperature check, truck condition checks
Wash truck at least once every 2 weeks
Plan and execute proper loading/unloading sequence (i.e. Last-in-first-out, delivery window timing, safe food handling, etc.)
Organize placement of customers’ goods (i.e. indicate delivery orders and/or store names on the cartons)
Conduct physical checks during loading/unloading to ensure accuracy against delivery orders
Complete relevant documentation in accordance with organizational requirements (e.g. delivery orders are chopped and signed by stores, purchase orders and cash-on-delivery are collected)
