CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM SALES EXECUTIVE
(North, Industrial Park (Shuttle Bus Service Provided)

$2.5-3k, Immediate

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE
The Customer Service/Sales Executive works towards achieving sales goals and setting up strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into customers and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Sales role:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Analyse reports and customer surveys; prepares budgets and forecasts for the coming year
• Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects

General:
• To generate sales reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Emergency Situation:
• To attend to any emergency calls when contacted and notify the Management at the earliest opportunity, upon resolving the problem.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of customer service/sales experience
• Candidates should possess good communication and language skills
• Always be properly attired and be presentable when on duty. Avoid sloppiness.

Working hours:
9.00am-6:00pm from Mondays to Fridays with an hour lunch break, 9.00am-1.00pm on Saturdays
