Job Description

Process incoming and outgoing customer’s orders
Follow up on customer’s requests and scheduled orders
Liaise with warehouse on picking and packing matters
Generate picking lists and delivery orders for warehouse and transport departments
Response to customer’s complaints
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
