Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
 Processing and following up closely on customer orders/requests and handling internal forms.
 Communicating with customers effectively via phone, email or chat in a friendly and polite manner.
 Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
 Ensuring enquiries are answered and goods are delivered on time in meeting company’s target.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
 Possess at least Diploma in relevant field or related disciplines (e.g. business development, product marketing, customer communication).
 Applicant must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
 Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet or exceed set performance standards.
 Must be a fast learner with positive attitude to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent interpersonal skills with team-oriented mindset.
 Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
 Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCES:
 Fresh graduates who can start work immediately are encouraged to apply.
 Able to understand customer needs, good in communication techniques and problem-solving skills.
 Computer literate, internet-savvy and well-verse in document processing software e.g. Microsoft Excel and Teleconference software e.g. Zoom.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
