Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

- Process consultancy (areas like Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Industry best practices)
- Provide process training (On-boarding, QMS deployment and specific topics like RCA)
- Process consultancy for metrics-based management and Process Capability baseline
- Compliance checks for milestone reviews (for specific projects),
- Perform yearly Internal Audits
- Support Quality Management System updates
- Support preparation for software development center ISO certification

Your Profile:

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA
- You must have Experience of 3 to 5 years
- Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of project management processes
- Experience in Auditing software projects.
- Experience in quality management
- Training and coaching skills
- Experience in using ALM/Configuration management tools e.g. TFS, GIT
- Experience in working with multi-cultural team is added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and soft skills & good team player
- Knowledge on ISO/CMMI is added advantage
- Certifications/Qualification like Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, CSM, Scaled Agile is added advantage
