Job Description

• Manage e-commerce 360ACTIV, Redmart, LazMall, Shopee, NTUC Online, Amazon, Qoo10 etc
• Product listings management for all platforms including content, product photos, videos
• Engage in campaign management for all market places
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory across all platforms, maintain stock levels and updates.
• Respond to inquiries and concern through web chat, phone, and emails.
• Managing eCommerce customer’s comment and review through social media.
• Monitor day-to-day activities on all platforms; tracking overall performance to achieve goals, improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
• Generate data analysis and sales reports on a regular basis.
• Assist with order fulfilment.
