Job Description

Responsibilities:
• As an Equipment owner to evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Establishes projects and solutions for increasing uptime, throughput and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
• Setup and review SPC, FDC and machine control
• Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
• Defines and writes preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Conduct training to shift members (PM operator, Technician & Engineers)

Requirement:
• Diploma with relevant working experiences or Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to travel for 20% of the time for machine buyoff (if applicable).
• Able to perform overtime work (if require); including working in a cleanroom environment
• Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
• Good interpersonal Skill
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor processing and process equipment (Lithography)
• Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Coater and Developer
• Knowledge of using tools to diagnose, resolve the issue (e.g. Multimeter, flow meter, TC wafer, TRH data logger and hand tools)
• Strong team work, able to work well with a global team and other duties as assigned
