Job Description

Our client is an MNC working in the electronics manufacturing industry, and they are currently looking for a Finance Manager that has FP&A experience on a regional/global scale and is comfortable working in an MNC environment.

The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will be required to manage the operational resources and headcount planning process for global operations and present these to senior stakeholders. You will also oversee consolidation of forecasting and annual plans for the P&L for global operations. You will be expected to overseas the P&L for 2 manufacturing divisions as well as managing and coaching a team of Financial Analysts.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accountancy and have at least 8 years of relevant finance experience within a manufacturing MNC. You should also possess strong communication skills and be able to lead a team well. You are also expected to be able to proactively deal with senior management and be able to work in a fast-paced MNC environment.
