Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Projects Manager in coordinating the projects.
2. Coordinate all site matters with proper documentation.
3. Coordinate with factory and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
4. Attend site meetings if required.
5. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
6. Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
7. Identify and record quality control problems during production or site work.
8. Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
9. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage;
2. Bilingual in English & Mandarin for communicating with Mandarin speaking counterparts;
3. Prefer with Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent;
4. Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision.
