Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, ensure overall progress based on schedules.
2. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
3. Coordinate with the drafting department with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
4. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meetings if required.
5. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
6. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
7. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
8. Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiating corrective action.
9. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Requirements:
1. M&E related working experience required;
2. Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage;
3. Bilingual in English & Mandarin for communicating with Mandarin speaking counterparts;
4. Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent;
5. Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision
