Job description

• Be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in the kitchen.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food products are served to guests at all times.
• Strive to continually improve guests and team satisfaction.
• Carry out cleaning duties and support the daily operations of the kitchen
• Maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the Company’s standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Job requirements

• minimum 2 years of working experience
• required language(s): English
• experienced in Italian or Western cuisine, Pizza making is a plus
• ability to work well in a team
• knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation
• passion for delivering great food and service
• able to work shifts during weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
• Valid Food Hygiene certificate
