Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Service and repair ALL Electrical and Mechanical Equipment such as AIRCON- (Install & Dismantle ), meters, starters, switch gears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, cables, plumbing etc

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, and systems
- Lead a Team of Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance and support

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Oversee equipment installations and ensure proper functioning

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions

- Observe and Report any Unusual Signs, Sound Pressure / Temperature Or Any Equipment which is likely to lead to malfunction
- Maintain Accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections every weekly with failed.  

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and parts
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the team

Requirements:
- ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ N/ O/ Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Hands On M&E, Facilities Management)
- Proven Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role FOR <3-5 years>
*SALARY WILL BE BASED ON THE RELEVANT HAND ON EXP*

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve Technical Issues with Min Supervision
- Excellent team leadership and communication abilities
- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques
- Experience in equipment installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Must be based in Singapore, North East
