The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance services at our premises in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism and quality.

Position Overview: The Maintenance Technician will perform corrective and preventive maintenance works, conduct daily operational activities related to M&E systems, assist in project work and emergency situations, and collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance works in compliance with security and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily operational activities related to M&E systems, interior works, and essential equipment checks.
• Assist in project work, internal moves, and emergency situations.
• Write reports, analyze incidents, and maintain accurate records of work orders.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical works, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office for data entry.
• ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Conditioning/Building Services/Engineering or equivalent.
• Good working attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail.

Experience:

Technical Skills:
Good Knowledge And Hands-On Experience In Electrical Works/Installation/Troubleshooting And All Other M&E Works.
Proficiency In Mechanical, Electrical, And Air Conditioning System Maintenance.

Education:
ITE Certification In Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Conditioning/Building Services/Engineering Or Equivalent.

Certifications:
1.Industry Certificate Obtained By The Company For Its Quality.
2.BizSafe 3 Certification And Above For The Service Provider.

Language Skills:
Ability To Communicate Effectively In English.

Computer Skills:
Basic Proficiency In Microsoft Office For Data Entry.
