Job Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operations
Oversee the recruitment process of screening applicants, conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers on suitable candidates
Conduct onboarding of new recruits
Plan and execute training programs and activities for team bonding
Actively participate in meetings, workshops and team events
Conduct performance evaluation of candidates and assist in training process
Monitor and collate data on recruitment and training processes and feedback to upper management
Assist senior managers in identifying and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies

Job Requirements:

Minimum 21 years old
Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
Able to converse in English and Mandarin
