JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
• Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
• Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
• Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
• Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
• Building a strong relationship with the new and existing customers
• To be able to traffic, schedule, and optimize campaigns through different platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Business Manager (FBBM), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat or other Social Media Platforms.
• To be able to directly respond to any direct or indirect client inquiries related to their social media campaigns and address concerns in a timely manner
• To be able to measure and report performance of all social media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Provide creative ideas for localized content marketing and update website
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Exquisite Vietnamese and English communication skills both in oral and written; knowledgeable in Chinese is an advantage
• Proven experience as a marketing, telesales and advertisement assistant for 2+ years
• Exposure to Affiliate campaign management will be preferred (Online Advertising)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Willing to work on-site in Bagac, Bataan, Philippines.
• Willing to relocate in the Philippines
