(a) Maintain general cleanliness of equipment in the Cookery Rooms to ensure clean and hygienic condition for teaching and learning;
(b) Assist Teachers in preparation of ingredients for practical lessons eg mincing of meat, measure and apportion ingredients etc;
(c) Keep stock of ingredients in Food Labs to ensure sufficient supplies for teaching and learning;
(d) Clear Food Labs after lessons: cleaning of workbenches and sinks, sweeping of floors and mopping of floors, clearing of rubbish etc;
(e) Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplace in designated rooms; and
(f) Any other duties assigned by the school supervisors and school leaders
