Seeking a dedicated and competent Operation Support Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the school's daily activities.

Position Overview:
As an Operation Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the school. Your responsibilities will include printing worksheets and examination papers, maintaining cleanliness in the workplace, providing logistical support for school events, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Printing of worksheets and examination papers
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and workplace
• Providing logistical support for school events and activities
• Handling simple administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, data entry, and material distribution
• Assisting students and stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience in operational and administrative support roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in basic office software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
