About Us: IET Pte. Ltd. is a leading company committed to providing high-quality maintenance services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance services at our premises in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations on site.
Plan and organize manpower for operations.
Lead and mentor junior officers/staff.
Conduct minor repair work.
Ensure school safety and proper building maintenance.
Accompany contractors for repairs/maintenance.
Handle security/access control at school gates.
Qualifications and Experience:

Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma or equivalent.
Effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3.30pm
Fridays: 6:30am to 3pm
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
