Responsibilities:
1. Manage Viva Kids projects by ensuring deliverables and outcomes are met.
2. Administer and disseminate project collaterals such as programme calendars to parents.
3. Coordinate with the central office for ordering and distribution of snacks, uniforms, rewards, and gifts.
4. Work with the academic and sports departments to oversee the reimbursement claims of freelance tutors/trainers.
5. Ensure students attend classes.
6. Contact parents/guardians of students on all matters, including absenteeism, submission of documents needed to verify the beneficiaries’ eligibility status.
7. Maintain attendance records and ensure absentees' reasons are recorded, and file all necessary documents needed for record keeping.
8. Ensure that tutors and trainers commit to and meet the expectations set by the organisation and external stakeholders.
Requirements
1. At least a higher Nitec or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through experience and training/development.
2. Willing to travel to various parts of the island.
3. Experience in managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing effective and efficient systems.
4. Shows initiative and has a creative flair for solving problems.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. Good command of Microsoft Excel or equivalent, and use of IT.
7. Interested in social work and working with disadvantaged families.
8. Familiarity with the education industry is an advantage.
