Job Description
Strategize, execute, monitor and manage the company’s digital marketing campaigns across
multiple platforms
Oversee growth in performance to meet the business goals and strategies
Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to
allocations and desired returns
Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
Plan and optimize landing page testing
Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously
implement text ads – A/B testing
Deliver profitable pay-per-click advertising (PPC) campaigns across multiple ad networks,
including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid social advertising
Use data analytics to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to
optimize performance
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication or digital communications
Performance marketing experience is an advantage
Hands-on experience in creating/executing successful multi-platform digital
marketing/media campaigns
Strong working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory and mobile
behaviors/opportunities
Creative copywriting experience and visual design skills is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Willing to work on-site in Bataan
Willing to relocate in the Philippines
