Job Description
 Strategize, execute, monitor and manage the company’s digital marketing campaigns across
multiple platforms
 Oversee growth in performance to meet the business goals and strategies
 Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to
allocations and desired returns
 Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
 Plan and optimize landing page testing
 Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
 Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously
implement text ads – A/B testing
 Deliver profitable pay-per-click advertising (PPC) campaigns across multiple ad networks,
including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid social advertising
 Use data analytics to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
 Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to
optimize performance

Job Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication or digital communications
 Performance marketing experience is an advantage
 Hands-on experience in creating/executing successful multi-platform digital
marketing/media campaigns
 Strong working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory and mobile
behaviors/opportunities
 Creative copywriting experience and visual design skills is an advantage
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
 Willing to work on-site in Bataan
Willing to relocate in the Philippines
