Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal co-ordination, and adjustment ensure all details completed according to customers’ requirement and management’s direction within timeline.

Work closely with Key Account Management Team (KAM) and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.

Conduct Cost & Selling analysis

Communicate and co-ordinate directly with internal stakeholders to prepare the tender/RFQ scope and specifications

Tariff maintenance and updates

Implementation of awarded tender/RFQ

Continuous improvement of processes

skills & experience required

Bachelors / Diploma in supply chain / logistics management or equivalent

Min 3 years of experience in pricing analysis & tender management

Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry will be a plus

Willing to work around jurong east / clementi area
