- To Assist In The Management Of The Procurement Functions
- To Assist In The Timely Completion Of Central Procurement Activities
- To Assist In The Review Of Submissions, Specifications And Recommendation Reports
- To Assist In The Review Of Policies And Processes And Provide Advice To Users On Procurement Policies
- Maintains Strong Relationship With Internal Stakeholders And With Suppliers
- Any Other Duties As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma With Minimum 2 To 5 Years Of Relevant Experience In Government Procurement.
- Proficient In MS Office
- Good Knowledge In Government Procurement Policies And Processes
- Hands-On Knowledge In GeBIZ
- A Self-Motivated And Independent Individual With A Positive Work Attitude
- Able To Work Effectively In A Team
- Meticulous With Attention To Details
