Job Responsibilities:
• Assist to conduct hygiene training for the production personnel.
• Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
• Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
• Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products.
• Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government's regulatory standard.
• Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
• Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits.
• Ensure sanitation practices and pest control is in place at all times.
• Collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least A' level/ College, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/ Technology or in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good initiative and effective communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and employees)
