Job Description

Places an emphasis on safe construction practices and on maintaining a high quality of construction
Resident Engineers reside in clusters to provide technical delivery capability while ensuring best practices applied in customer networks to minimize risks and hot issues
Understand and document customer requirements using a requirements management tool
Able to work a shift schedule and/or flexible schedules as required to support the workload, in inclement weather, heights, confined spaces
Manages and monitors activities of assigned staff for conformance with contractual requirements
Effective working and communicating with multiple stake holders (Internal, clients, AHJ’s, ) to drive results and meet or beat aggressive deadlines
Analyze monthly construction contractor CPM schedule updates
