Job Description

Experience as resident engineer on transportation or transit projects
Knowledge of construction contract administration procedures and techniques
Expereince acting as owner's on-site representiative
Ability to bring complex disputes to satisfactory conclusion including negotiations and/or mediations representing the client’s position
Illinois Professional Engineer license
Ability to prepare and analyze spreadsheets and generate graphic representations of data
