Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive and friendly attitude when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
Managing the appointment booking and room reservations, cashiering, and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
Answering phone calls and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which the Company may assign from time to time
