Role Description
We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented Sales Account Manager that is responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales. The responsibilities of this role includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that will satisfy clients’ needs and requests as well as identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
To be successful as a Sales Account Manager, He/She should be able to manage and develop their accounts and ensure client satisfaction. He/She must be able to respond to clients' queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
He/She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Specific Responsibilities
Following up on leads and conducting demos
Demonstrating and presenting excellent products knowledge
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and project tenders
Winning new clients and managing and grow existing client accounts.
Provide pre and post sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Education and Qualifications
Executive/Senior Executive Position
Diploma, degree or equivalent experience
Relevant work experience in B2B sales
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrates pro-active approach to problem solving
Strong customer service and project management skills
Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
