We are looking for a talented Senior Finance Analyst , to be part of the Cummins Global Planning & Logistics team based at Pandan Avenue, Singapore . The Singapore Master Distribution Centre is part of Cummins global parts distribution network serving the Asia Pacific region.
In this role who is supporting Finance Manager/Senior Manager, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Planning, forecasting, reporting (PFR) analysis for product BU and preparer for annual operating plans
• Business partner to the Parts Marketing Organisation on marketing related issues, including special sales allowances programs and budget planning items.
• Supporting month-end close activities including reconciliation
• Analyse credit exposure and performs credit worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts in line with Corporate policy. Manages customers in relation to credit limits and terms
• Support internal/external statutory process (preparation of schedules, reconciiations, etc)
• Perform other ad-goc duties as assigned by supervisor
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with strong accounting principles
• Singapore CA or candidates pursuing CA certification is a plus
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Oracle accounting software knowledge is a plus
• Experience of business partnering with departments in (shared services) and outside of Finance
• Experience of financial reporting and forecasting preferred
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with a diverse group of people
