Reviewed requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback for potential gaps

Responsible for incoming and outgoing quality assurance activities

Develop, prepare, implement and maintain the QA/QA documents such as incoming materials work instruction, Order-to-Spec, drawings

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate customers’ escalations and feedback. Investigate the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track internal manufacturing index

Track quality assurance metrics

Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities

Handle Production feedback and review non-conformities

Review First Article Report Qualification

skills & experience required

Degree / Diploma in Quality/ Electrical / Mechanical engineering

Min 3 years of related experience in a semiconductor manufacturing assembly environment

Well versed with Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, six sigma

Prior experiene in handling / manages Quality Management System (QMS)

Able to interpret drawings and technical documents

Knowledge of new product introduction systems, processes and standards

Willing to work in northern part of Singapore (Yishun / Ang Mo Kio / Braddell)
