Introduction
As a Test Specialist at IBM, your analytical and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the software we create. Come work in an agile environment where you will help each iteration reach the next level. Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive, you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to IBM’ers and our clients.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Should be with clear understanding of Testing methodologies & strong requirement gathering experience
Expertise in Finacle core banking solution & Payment Engine (IPE) Experience in Test metrics preparation, Test data preparation
Excellent experience in creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Metrics, Document, Defect Reports, Status Reports
Hands on Experience in Different Testing Methodologies, such as Waterfall Model, Agile
Excellent experience working with JIRA (User stories, test case & issue management) , SOAP UI, POSTMAN
Experience in using Automation of Test scripts (QTP)
Excellent understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle
Excellent written and oral communications skills with results-oriented attitude
