Key Job Responsibilities

1. Handle all aspects of leisure operations including managing ticketing and tour packages
2. Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of leisure operations
3. All other adhoc duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

1. Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in Corporate Ticketing, ideally Diploma in Tourism Management and IATA UFTAA Diploma
2. Ticketing knowledge familiar with GDS Sabre reservation system to book flights, issuance, reissuance and refund
3. Experience in the travel industry and know how to assist client in travel planning
4. Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
5. Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
